We offer a Flat Rate shipping through the US Postal Services. All products that can fit within a box measuring 11.00 in. Long X 8.5 in. Wide X 5.5 High, including magnetic shielding and packaging material, will be shipped for USD $8.95 plus $3.50 handling charge.
All others will be shipped by UPS, 1 day standard, 2 day standard, 3 day standard or Ground as per customer's request. (All UPS charges shown, reflect the shipping charge plus a $3.50 handling charge)
We will ship internationally by USPS, however, we reserve
the right to determine which countries we will ship
to.
All of our products are 100% guaranteed.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with one of
our products, let us know within 7 days of receipt of
product in order to obtain a return authorization, for
replacement or account credit. All products must be
returned in the original packaging and be in saleable
condition. Opened and used products will not be credited.
Unauthorized returns will be discarded
and we will not issue any credit.
If you ever have a problem with any
product that we sell, please call or e-mail us before
you ship the product back to us for authorization.
If we send you an item in error, notify
us within 3 days of receiving the package. We will pay
for your return shipping and rectify the error immediately.
If the return is due to an error on your part then you
will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
If the shipment is visibly damaged,
it should not be accepted by the customer and reported
to our customer service department immediately.
If there was no visible sign, but you
find the material damaged within the box, save the original
packaging material for inspection by the courier. We
will work promptly to get a replacement product out
to you right away. Bulk products are returnable in the
event of shipping error, defect, or damage only.
